DoubleTree Discount Room Reservations

 

Stay at the show host hotel and home to the Northern Star National Mustang Show field!

 

The pre-arranged room block with the DoubleTree has expired as of May 28th per the hotel event agreement. Please call the DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington (952)-835-7800 and/or the Sheraton Bloomington Hotel (952)-835-1900 directly to inquire about room availability and nightly rates.  

 

We expect to have some trailer parking on site at the DoubleTree Hotel and the Sheraton Hotel. The Parking committee is working to provide ample trailer parking in the vicinity of the show field. More details will be available as we get closer to the actual show date.

 

Due to high demand for lodging accommodations, the show’s reserved block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington may be filled when calling. Thursday night is particularly full. As the show date draws near some folks may cancel their existing hotel reservations and free up rooms for others to reserve. There is no way to communicate when a room may be available, so checking back occasionally is suggested if you want to stay at either the DoubleTree or Sheraton.

 

Attendees can rest assured that the alternate hotel is closely situated to the car show site. The Sheraton Bloomington is located next to and directly across the side street from the DoubleTree by Hilton, and is less than a 2 min walk from the show field. A shuttle between the hotels will be offered as needed and in case of inclement weather

 

Attendees will receive a confirmation communication from the DoubleTree by Hilton in early June detailing in which hotel their lodging has been arranged.

  

If the dates of your stay are unavailable, the following hotels are an easy 2 to 3 mile drive from the show site – closer as the crow flies. Please mention the NSNMS when reserving.
